Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist in the Quotation and Proposal process
Demonstrate Odoo with tailored demonstrations according to the client needs
Project Implementation
Analyse client needs and suggest solutions
Accompany clients through the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
Provide training to the customer/team
Take part in first line support
Participate/assist in Projects and communicate status and ongoing tasks
Odoo
Complete basic Odoo training modules / Partner Training Modules
Develop basic knowledge/competency of Odoo, eCommerce and ERP
Understand the Odoo Business Model and Methodologies
Work towards becoming certified in Odoo v15/16
Profile
Fluent in English
Other EU Languages - nice to have . German and Spanish advantageous.
Empathic, friendly and diplomatic
Clear and logical communicator. Excellent written skills
Motivated, self starter, “Odoo? Can do! Yes we do!” Yes I can!
Willing to learn, try new things and help the company grow
Experience with Online Teams + Interest in eCommerce & Online business
Ability to understand different business processes
Pre Requisite: Owner/operator: Laptop/computer & smartphone
Be able and willing to work remotely & online (alone)
Reports to Technical Project Manager / CEO
- Location: Home office, worldwide.
Hours, scheduled to suit.
- Open to work on a freelance basis.
- Hourly rate dependant on experience
