Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Use Odoo as an Accounting system
- Accurate booking/posting of business transactions
- Understanding different booking/accounting cases
- Manage Multi Currency systems & bank reconciliation
- Support in monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reports
- Key contact for bookkeeping & accounting
- Liaise with Tax and Management Accountants

- Self organized and used to digital communication (Slack, Email)

- An autonomous problem solver who also works well in a team.
Your Technical Skills & Experience:
- Experienced with bookkeeping and have a relevant Accounting qualification.
- Previous experience of knowledge of Bookkeeping and Accounting essential!!!
- Knowledge of cloud based systems and bookkeeping and banking systems
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of 2nd and 3rd EU language ie German and Spanish advantageous
- Comfortable with platforms like Google / Slack / Asana
- Pre Requisite: Owner/operator: Laptop/computer & smartphone
- Be able and willing to work remotely & online (alone)
